We offer several methods of payment.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact/MisterCash,Ideal. All transactions are verified and secured through Multisafepayment system.
IS THIS SITE SECURE?
All payment transactions are verified and secured through our certified Payment Provider. They offer the highest industry protection as per PCI DSS standards, HTTPS, data encryption and 3-D Secure technology. Our certified Payment Provider is an acquirer of Visa and MasterCard, so they are required to comply with the card schemes’ operating regulations. AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. ANY CHANCE I CAN STILL GET IT?
Contact us straight away after you have noticed something is missing from your order. If we still have the item, we'll send it to you, obviously with no extra shipping costs for you to pay. If the item is sold out, we'll transfer the money back to you.
THE PRICE HAS CHANGED SINCE I ORDERED. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Our prices can change in response to stock, demand from customers or as we are moving on to the end of season. In any of these cases we will not refund the difference.
WILL A CERTAIN ITEM GET BACK IN STOCK?
We have no specific rules about restocking.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
For orders in Belgium we will have a general shipping price of € 7,70per package. For orders in the Netherlands this will be €11,00. For France, Germany and Luxembourg it will be 16,40€ . For the UK it will be 20,00€. For the rest of Europe it will be 33,00€. For China/Hong Kong/Japan: 65,00€ and for the rest of the world €70,00. All orders over € 150,00 will enjoy FREE shipping when shipped to Belgium.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Bianco baby to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for an exchange/refund. Items returned must be unworn,in original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Items on sale are not to be sent back. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange/refund sale items.
